could i be prego with twins

hey my name is sheely i am 19 this is my 2nd pregnancy i miscarried about july 25-30 and now im pergo again i found out on aug 23 my hcg# was 20 two days later it was 84 and about 8 days later it was 4384 is is there any way that i could have two in there some were? plz i need as much help on this as i can i have u/s on tue day i will be 6 weeks on monday so today i am 5w5days so idk what to tell my boyfriend

It's a possibility since your hcg levels are rising very quickly.  There are also other things that will cause hcg levels to rise at a faster rate than  expected.

Tell your bf what you have been told by your dr.  That's all you know.
