How to control anxiety

One of my good friends lost her baby at 6 weeks and I am ten weeks but having very bad anxiety about losing my baby does anyone know how I can ease this anxiety

In ur case was ur friend who m/c the baby but it happened to me 3 times following imagine the pain honey now im 15 weeks and i felt same like u i almost go crazy but stop worring honey...u far enough now and after 12 weeks the risk gonna be less....keep thinking positive try to enjoy looking for babies clothes and rest so much ....im 15 so you gonna do it too....

Thank u and I'm so sorry you had to go through that I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy its so sad and scary but thank u I try really hard to just not think about it but it always seems to come back to my mind

You can't. It's natural to worry, especially when you've experienced, or know someone who experienced a miscarriage.  Your chance of miscarrying goes down every week so just try to keep your mind occupied with other things or get a scan done if you really really need reassurance
