Im back again after losing my second child at 17wks in february im pregnant again due jan 3rd. The doctors or more knowledgeable now they know I have a weak cervix so ill be getting a stitch ( can't remember medical term) put in, in about 6-7 aka to keep me from dilating early.  So im staying positive and keeping my head up about this pregnancy.

I had my cervix stitched at 22 weeks. Because.it was getting to short and I was at high risk for premature labor. And I'm starting to feel better. Wishing you the best of luck

Hey I have an incompetent cervix as well I lost my son back in 2011 when I was 18wks now I am on my second pregnancy I'm 24wks 1d. I had my cervix stitched at 20wks because it started getting short so they did the emergency cerclage. I just wanted to tell you my story because I'm just like you. Have you doctor stay on top of things and if you need any advice or just need to talk email me. Congratulations and good luck
