breaking out... acne help please!

I rarely ever break out so i don't know what products to use. I've used the same stuff for like 10 years now! Its not just my face but my chest too. Ugh, thank goodness its winter here and Im 'covered' !! What works for you ladies??

I never broke out till I got pregnant lol but I asked nd my Dr said proactive is fine to use whilepregnat

I never broke out till I got pregnant and I tryed everything nothing worked but the further along I got my face cleared up I get one or to zits ever few months now.

I can no longer stand the smell of the my face pads so i use a baby wipe! it sounds weird but it works!!! make sure you do it when you wake up and when you go to sleep. It makes your face feel soo soft! wipe your face, neck and chest thats where i was breaking out also..! another easy thing to do is change your pillow cases.. seems so simple but even when youre pregnant youre hotter and tend to sweat leaving dirt/oil trapped in the fabric so when you lay down on it even after a good face wash youre just putting it in oil.. lol hoped this helped!!

Don't use hot water it'l make it worse and stay away from oil based products! Anything thats antibacterial works great.
