What could be wrong?

I have severs endometriosis and fibroids and have been unsuccessful at getting pregnant for awhile now; I have had 5 hysteroscopies, and 1 laporoscopy in the past 5 years and still no change. After the laporoscopy the endo came back worse than before. I have tried Clomid; i had a period in May then had sex the last day of my period which was 7 days long, then had another period in June 35 days later but it was short and painful and 3 days later I'm nauseated and crampy and tired, what could be wrong? is there the slightest possibility that i could be pregnant?

I've just given up on trying to get pregnant and invitro is too expensive. I just don't know why I'm suddenly nauseated to the point I don't want to eat and just sleep. maybe it's a virus. My fiance and I broke up almost 4 months ago but i slipped up and had sex with him in May.

I would say there is always the possibility of being pregnant. But if your endo is real bad sometimes the only way to get pregnant is through invetro. Have you been tracking your ovualtion and been have sex lots around that time??
