Im only 7 weeks, 2 days. So i've been dealing with morning sickness. Ive been eating pizza lunchables and lasagna and pizza.
Thanks ladies! I do pretty well, I make sure to get at least 3-4 servings of veggies and 2-3 of fruit every day. I was just very curious about other pregnant women. Cravings are probably the best part about all of the changes our bodies are going through, I definitely indulge within reason and right portions.
My eating habits haven't changed much, but I've always been a good eater. I've actually craved fruits somedays. I haven't been able to eat as much fruit as i usually have, but i do when i get the chance! With my cravings, i will eat them but a small portion because they're typically unhealthy. (Brownies, malts, etc.) But as long as your body and baby are taking things well i wouldn't worry too much. Eat veggies and dairy products and fruits, but yet don't deprive yourself completely of the extra yummy things.
I eat pretty much the same as before just make minor adjustments from time to time.
Instead of always getting fries I'll get a small salad.
And i eat smaller portions now too just more frequently .
And water is my main drink :)
I ate a lot of salads and chicken while i was pregnant. Weekends were my "cheat days". I got whatever I was craving. ..it was usually bacon cheeseburgers from wendys and ice cream!
