Rise fall rise in hcg along with brown spotting

Hi, my last menstrual bleeding was on 9th March. On April 10 urine test came positive. I went to doctor she recommended blood hcg. Which were only 119.i spotted lightly in brown color that night. 2 days later Level of hcg dropped to 96 and spotting continued. 2 days later again hcg blood test but this time it rosed to 138. Still brown spots. I'm not sure what's happening ultrasound didn't show anything due to low hcg level. Have my blood test tomorrow again.please help. It's my first pregnancy.

Oh no.  I'm so sorry.  Please know that the vast majority of women who have miscarriages go on to have healthy pregnancies and babies after.  What did your doctor say?  hugs

Gosh, that IS confusing. In general, I'm very sorry to say but your HCG numbers do not look good for pregnancy.  Time will tell and this next check will be important.  And hey, lots of things that don't look quite right in early pregnancy end up being nothing!  Numbers should rise though and significantly.  So come back and tell us how your next visit goes. hugs
