What to eat/drink

I have an ultrasound Friday and I'll be 28 weeks. I haven't had an ultrasound since I was 11 weeks. so I finally get to find out the gender. What should I eat or drink before the ultrasound to get my baby moving?

My doctor told me orange juice is good, nothing with caffeine if you want clearer pictures...

Don't try to hard! I was going to, but was running late so grabbed water & left... well my little guy was so active they could barely take his measurments. For a while I thought we were not going to find out gender :( So I'm happy I did not drink all that extra sugar! Lol you never know!

I drank one of the bottles of Starbucks iced coffee you can get at convenience stores and my baby was so active that the tech was having a hard time getting clear photos lol. We definitely got to see everything we needed though!

I drank a little bit of soda before my anatomy scan. He was pretty squirmish because of it. But he still made it difficult for us because he wanted to keep his legs closed, haha.

Eat like you normally eat. I tryed to get baby to move and stuff at my 20 week ultrasound and she didn't want to cooperate. So I had to go back at 24 weeks and that's when I found out I was having a girl
