Does anyone eat cold cut sandwichs?

Im feeling a little guilty because I hav into a sub yesterday. I have eaten like three my whole pregnancy.  I know its extremely rare and some women eat them anyway. Do you?

My doctor said if its subway, always get it toasted because that meat just sits out all day and it could get you sick pretty bad.

Yes they do lol I am so putting strawberries and watermelon on the grocery list. I crave ground beef but of course all we eat in this house is chicken and turkey sometimes fish :(

And yet we dont really have anything to eat in our house. Im about to make a grocery list for her. I normally get thr sweet onion teriyaki, but I crave the cold cut sandwiches lol

Ive had I think 2 or 3 this pregnancy from subway but only when I was craving it.

She has four kids, mind you I raised the six year old until I moved out when he was four, I just wish she would leave me alone about my pregnancy and what all I eat

I heard toasting at subway doesnt get it to temp of 160 degrees. But im not sure. I hate toasted subs anyway (; lol

Im on #3 and eat alot of sandwiches... always have. Especially publix or sweetbay subs!!!  Yumm.

I've eaten sandwiches here and there, always home made and I don't heat up the meat first. I love eating sandwiches, they're filling and I feel like I'm eating healthy

I can't stand making my own sandwich anymore the meat doesn't taste right but I've been craving subway sandwiches it's weird lol

Subway is my absolute favorite!  I knoe listeria is extremely rare but it still frightens me ! Luckily I only have 33 more days. Right after I deliver this baby im getting a big foot long turkey sub!

I feel guilty too cuz they tell u , u need to steam the meat first. I just dont make it a habit. I think every now and than is okay .. i hope :). Its not like were eating crab legs everyday lol

I try to eat it and my stomach doesn't like it I feel so sick after I eat one. I really want a ham and cheese sandwich now

I have eaten cold cuts my whole pregnancy. If you're worried though, they say the prepackaged lunch meat is best because it's sealed shut and doesn't allow bacteria to grow on it.

I am on baby number 4 and have always eaten lunch meat I have a 9,5,1 year old healthy kids and one on the way. Everybody has their own opinions

I eat them whenever I want to, in all my pregnancies. They tell u not to eat a lot of things,  but its all in moderarion my ob says.
