When can I breastfeed again

After taking a shot ? I also bottle feed but won't breastfeed again until the alcohol is out my system hOw long will that be

It kinda depends on how ur metabolism is alcohol peaks 30 to 90 minutes after a drink so id definitely wait at least 2hrs after the shot. There are alcohol test strips u can buy to make sure drink lots of water and eat something too and u only need to pump n dump if u become engorged the pumping out alcohol thing is a myth if its in ur blood its just gonna keep going in the new milk made

If you know how to keep track with time for alcohol in your blood its the same for your milk. Some say if your sober enough to drive your sober enough to breastfeed but some peoples judgement with thay system is off lol.
