When will i start to show??

I just found out that im pregnant a few days ago and am now 5 weeks. Me and my Bf are going to elope in about 3 or 4 weeks and im looking for a dress. Should i buy a size up? this is my 1st pregnancy im 5'5'' 106 and im a size 2. Im going to try to get a dress some time this week should i get a size 4?

everyone is different...i am 7 weeks, and i was as skinny as u are now a few weeks ago. i am already showing a little bit. take a look at my baby bump pics...i started showing at week 6. but thats me. i may have twins in there haha...or maybe just a linebacker! ha!  good luck!

Every one is different, but many people don't typically start to show until at least 4 months.  Because you are a size 2, you may start showing earlier.  Your best bet would be to talk to the people from who you buy the dress.  They have lots of experience sizing dresses for women who are pregnant.  You aren't the first to buy a dress pregnant, and certainly wont be the last!  A suggestion might be to buy a dress in which has room (or designed in a way that accommodates a pregnancy - they have these) in case you do "pop" and are able to be in it comfortably.  I got married at 8 months pregnant, so I know they exist (and I too am a smaller woman, so I was definitely all baby up front - from the back no one knew.)  I only started showing at 6 months pregnant to give you an idea - and it was my first pregnancy also.  I understand that consecutive pregnancies you start to show earlier.

I didnt start to show till about3 and half months almost 4!   wanted to start showing so bad, but now that im 4 days from my due date im so uncomfortable and huge!!!!  you should be fine to wear ur pre pregnancy size for awhile still..

Its really hard to say because everyone body is different. If a size 2 is a little snug on you then i would buy a size bigger. You really wont have a baby bump per say untill like 12-14 weeks maybe.
