It isn't possible for anyone to tell you, though the absence of further bleeding suggests that you did not have a miscarriage. Unusual bleeding during pregnancy warrants examination by a doctor ASAP.
Hi there! Congrats on the pregnancy!! Sending you good vibes for a healthy full term pregnancy. I know it is always scary and especially after you've had a previous miscarriage.
So, your bleeding pattern would make me nervous so I understand how you feel. I would personally continue to monitor the situation. You cold call and tell your doctor and they may want to see you. they could test to see if you are having a miscarriage or had one. They can measure your hormone and if it is decreasing, that would be a bad sign, obviously. They could also listen for the heartbeat or do an ultrasound. You are far enough along for either of those to be very telling.
Lots of women do have bleeds during pregnancy. It can be nothing in terms of the viability of the pregnancy.
Let us know after you call your doctor. I feel like everything is going to be alright and I'm glad the bleeding stopped.
Hey, I concur. I would call your doctor. Severe bleeding during first trimester can turn out to be nothing but you want to rule out ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage. I sincerely hope it isn't either of those and don't think it is but both of those can have the symptom of bleeding with clots. https://www.medicinenet.com/pregnancy_bleeding_during_the_first_trimester/article.htm#how_much_bleeding_is_normal_during_pregnancy Give us an update soon!
Could you please post any updates? Your situation made me feel nervous, I've read your question now only. And frankly speaking I understand how you might have been feeling..Definitely stressful. Still I wanna believe everything is ok. (I also did some researches and found out there could be different reasons for the spotting during pregnancies. I believe your doc knew the answer). So let me hope for your healthy months of pregnancy, all the very best to you BOTH!!
