@AnnieBrooke Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I'm gonna go through SS.
If you need this for child support, they won't accept a drugstore test. Go the Social Services route.
Plus social services will make him pay for it, since he's the one who's challenging paternity.
@inlovewithmybaby Yes, they sell tests @ the store. It's only like 1 or 2 companies, though. Not many varieties. You swab the baby's cheek & the man's cheek for samples. @mummainoz That's what I was thinking. @nonishy Yeah, you're right. It'll definitely be cheaper. @jessijlb1229 Right, I wouldn't want to pay all that $.
You have to send it off with a $150 cashiers check. I used to work in the pharmacy and that was always a big question.
A paternity test is swabbing the inside of the cheeks, of the father, mother, and child...i do know you will have to send it in to the lab and pay them for the results. So i would just wait until you go through social services. It'll probably be less expensive as well.
I'd go the social services path. Then if he disputes itbhe can dispute it with them.
A paternity test is just saliva not blood or hair
They sell paternity tests at the store?how does that work? You have to take blood from him & ur baby?or hair?
