due date

So I known that you're supposed to go by what the ultrasound says and everything but... I know for a fact that the first day of my last period was December 28th 2012...and that puts my due date at October 4th... But they say October 8th.. And 4 days does make a difference!! Lol. Anyone else experience this and given birth on their own calculated date ?

Well you have to keep in mind too that it's just an estimate... They can estimate within 1-2 weeks before/after your actual due date or whenever the baby comes.  It's just an estimate, a few days off isn't really a big deal.  They first told me that I was due on September 16th, but my due date is actually the 10th based off of my U/S.  So, it's not a big deal. Just expect your baby to be born in the beginning week or so of October..

Hope This Helps..

I'd go with what they are saying. You don't want a due date too soon and go over your due date
