MODS PLEASE ANSWER THIS FOR ME - How come we are not allowed to say that this group isnt what it used to be? YET we are allowed to do nothing but vent about how crappy our lives are, ask if we are pregnant, why am I bleeding after i had an abortion etc?! MAYBE by us voicing our opinon about this group we have the opportunity to change it for the better. JUST A THOUGHT. I am not trying to get in trouble here I am curious. Please feel free to email me or whatnot as I am not sure how to get ahold of you without getting in trouble :( NOT my intent. Thanks

Thats why i scroll back and back... i see loads of genuin scared womens posts goin mised with not 1 reply. so i like to reply to them (if i can) but why do posts from stupid boys asking if they got there.gf pregnant from cu*ing on her bum and rubbing it over her back' stay on the forum? And why do women that are 52 years old get to post in here when the forum is for 18-24.... It doesnt bother me but if your so strict on some rules shouldnt you be strict on all rules? Hmm.

Yes, i hate to mention it, but i see alot of genuine posts being completely ignored because of this.

I agree chels. I'd even follow the venting forum, its just not fair to the people with valid questions.

I understand that some people need help with their feelings about life but there must be a forum for that. Just becausd you mention your pregnancy hormones does not mean it is pregnancy related. I agree that the "venting" posts are out of control.

Hi there -

Thanks for asking, and for not posting yet another rant, as we have had plenty of that. Our concern is that these posts aren't offering any constructive feedback, and are just complaints.  These push down the threads from others looking for advice, and as I'm sure everyone has figured out, it doesn't take long for a thread to go from page 1, to 2, to 3, where it will likely remain unanswered.

Sometimes, venting about crappy lives can help, and we are a support forum, so we allow those.  As you know, we have an Am I Pregnant Community, so just report those as miscategorized, and we will move them.

We are open to constructive feedback, but keep in mind that we are first and foremost a support and information site, and we have a Terms of Use to support these goals.  We can't do either of these well if members are distracting others from this.

Feel free to send me a PM at any time.  It's often easier for me to get to those than to see a response in a thread.
