Prolly not the best place to ask this question. People get too worked up over this subject and judgemental.  I would ask your doctor and go from there. Don't listen to anyone else. I am one who had a beer or two every night before pregnancy. I'm 21 weeks now and have had 1 glass of wine.  My last pregnancy I drank non alcoholic beers. I'm not one who drinks to get drunk I actually enjoy the taste of beer. Ask your doctor! And don't let these girls scare you.

I was told a glass of wine once in a while is okay.  Personally I wouldn't.  I am completely against consuming alcohol while pregnant.

Seriously, would you ever forgive yourself or stop wondering if it was that one glass if something was wrong with one of your babies? To each their own but it seems irresponsible.

Dont do it.. its not worth the risk. Especially a high risk pregnancy such as twins

I guess I risked it. I had a sip of beer early on. & I must've had 4 glasses of wine total though my pregnancy. I'm 37 weeks by the way. I found out at 8 weeks.

Maybe just buy some sparkling wine (grape juice). One glass, you won't feel the alcohol anyways so why risk it?  I really want to drink wine for Valentine's day too but it just isn't a smart choice so instead I'm buying sparkling grape juice:) tastes like wine but won't hurt baby:)

Your Babies Are Already At Risk For Low Birth Weight, Preterm Labor, And Developmental Issues If They Are Early... Alcohol Exposure Could Increase Those Risks.

it's up to you, but twins can be high risk as it is so I wouldn't but I Would Suggest Looking Up information on fetal alcohol spectrum disorders.

Every person is different. My doctor told me not until second trimester but it may vary by woman and obgyn.

My baby doc said its fine as long as you don't over do it..  I was 10 weeks when I got married and I asked her if it would be okay to have a glass or 2 and she said oh yea and to go ahead an enjoy my wedding.  She also said that they haven't actually proven that it can ur can not harm or hurt the baby.

I agree ask your doctor. I wouldn't, but if you decide to risk it, try mixing it with juice to dilute it a lot. I don't know how big your wine glass is, but maybe a splash of red wine with a cup of juice? Something so you get a little flavor but not enough to hurt the baby? I only say this because I've heard of other moms doing it. Still, it'd probably be safer to just wait

I wouldn't. Especially not in the first trimester when its a critical time for babys development.
