I started getting checked for dilation at 31 weeks and dr said I was already beginning to dilate.  I guess it just varies with each pregnancy and woman.

When I got checked at 36 weeks,  I was 1 cm and 50% thinned out. Went to the hospital at 32 weeks and the nurse said I was a fingertip dilated.
