Well girl if she has no rights I wouldn't worry too much.just relax.as for her loopholes I'd look into them bc a restraining order is a restraining order.maybe try getting just a plain out "no contact" order?lol do what you got to do to protect you and your family!
Legally she has no rights to me, she hasn't since i was 10. And even though there's a restraining order, she has quite the loopholes in the system.
Your considered independent, she couldn't do anything.plus I'm sure if you have a restraining order on her she shouldn't be dabbling in your business anyway, she should stay away from you.plus if you were taken away from her, does she even have any rights to you??i wouldn't think so.as long as your dad is supporting you and your husbands decision to be together and become parents your mothers opinion doesn't matter.
She can't do anything legally.
I'm 16, i was taken away from my mother and i put a restraining order on her for abuse. My father signed me to get married once i got pregnant. This was the youngest community i could find to get help with some things.
She really can't do anything if you're emancipated and married
You are emancipated and married... u are considered independent. She cant do anything
Im sorry i feel like im missing some of the story
do you mind me asking how old you are?
