Work stress....

My fiance and I just found out tuesday that we are expecting. The pregnancy test I took estimated how far i was and it said 1-2 weeks. I am working 2 jobs, go to college, and we have a 6 year old. This is my first pregnancy and I am very scared that the strees in my life will make me miss carry. All I have ever wanted was to be a mom, I grew up (between 3 and 17) with out a my mom. What are ways that i can destress my self but doesnt require a lot of my time, simply because i have no spare time. Thanks to all who reply in advance!!!

Well mine is easy to please. Lol i have already started the hungry thing.... its like non stop. I want to be the healthy i work out until my baby comes kind of mom but will power is not my strong suite. I have a friend who is willing to help me... so wish me luck! Lol

By last time i meant my first trimester. I lost so much weight i was lighter than i had been before i was pregnant. Now towards the end of my second trimester ive started eating and now its becoming non stop. I have that w my hubs when id want something but doesnt really go with his taste. Probly cook one and the other one take out? So u really dont have to fix multiple meals.just a suggestion. Sometimes i got so fed up thinking what to fix for dinner i end up getting my hubs call the pizza or mcdonalds.

Well,depends whatever food you could take hun. Last time i couldnt even take in anything or smell some foods. I was planninv to do that healthy preg diet thing but sometimes it comes to a point where u really dont have a choice. Chocolates is my happy food. I have it everyday but also aside i make sure i eat some healthy food too and i take supplements to get whatever it is im lacking. I know some moms here go for fast foods like cheesy nachos,or burger king etc. Spoil yourself at times and balance it with healthy food too:) dont feel too guilty. Eat what makes you feel happy.

When you say food that makes me feel good as in healthy or whatever makes me happy at the moment. And what if I have stress at home? Our Six year old seems to oly want to eat chicken nuggets and pizza all the time, and I am not the one to fix multiple meals. We try to fix things that we know arent going to be an extreme battle but she has her days.

Get enough sleep.. make sure whatever stress u have outside dont bring it home or to bed. Try have fun or happy times w ur family because happiness is antidepressant. U cant possibly be stressed about being happy:) and eat nice food that makes you happy.just be cool and dont think too much.. especially the miscarry part.
