Working Out?

Hi, I am 16 weeks pregnant and I would like to start working out. Starting from arm workouts (using 5lb weights and resistance bands) then followed by workouts that can be done at home later. (Squats, dips, etcetera ). I was not every active pre pregnancy but I would like to keep my body tight. Will this do any harm to my unborn? Thanks.

I wouldn't do dips, squats...are ok. Just don't over do it. Steps are good, weights no more then 25lbs, no crunches, no sit ups, no leg lifts,no ab work outs, light cardio is ok, no leg press.
