If your body is not accustomed to it and you start a vigorous work out routine you can miscarry. If you're going to do anything, start by taking walks. Not speed or power walking but just casual walks around the block to start out and maybe some light yoga the stretches and relaxes your body.

Thank you! I'm having trouble with my diet because I have been so hungry for the whole world lately! I'll post another question later on dieting but thank you for your responses! I'll most likely start walking to get some exercise in:)
Gentle excercise like walking, or swimming is really good :) feels amazing too like you're weightless, I go every week. Healthy eating is most important though:)
If you weren't working out before you got pregnant. Don't start anything strenuous now. But def stay active! Walking, YouTube has pregnancy fit cardio and toning workouts for beginners. Try that! Staying activeis so great for you and baby:)
I wouldn't strain your body if you work out. Walking is always good.
