You can always try decaf or the half and half. That way you can have the extra cup or two without the caffeine.
You have have 220mg of caffeine everyday and its safe. If you want to cut it out you can its totally up to you but there's no real need to
I am the same way. I went from 4cups to one everyday and the odd day when I need an extra boost I have a 2nd. I only have my second later on in the day to space them out. I'm 9weeks so it is fine to drink one everyday
I've drank a cup of coffee every single morning throughout my whole pregnancy I am 31 weeks now and everythings fine. I also have the odd day where I will have 2 cups so I wouldn't say that you need to cut it off completely and I wouldnt worry about it :)
