Is there a way to make you loose your mucus plug ?
Nope. You lose it when there is change in your cervix. Some woman don't ever lose them even with change. I never lost mine with my daughter.
Not to my knowledge, and the loss of your mucus plug really has no weight in whether or not you go into labor. Some women never even lose their mucus plug.
