Has anyone heard of vitex or fertilitea and which one would u prefer if ur TTC??
Have you checked out diets and foods to avoid when TTC. A healthy body will conceive easier. Also get your thyroid checked if you haven't already. I was hypo thyroid and as soon as I started meds I got pregnant.
vitex is great but only if your cycles are irregular or you have progesterone problems, its not reccomended to take if you have regular cycles or it could muck them up, if taken you should take it on an empty stomach and its safe to take throughout your cycle it can take up to 6 months to work although some have seen an effect after 3 months, the tea I'm not sure about but I think it has vites in it as well, you could also try fertilaid as well, its in a talet form so may be easier to take :)
