I'm currently 41 weeks with no dilation. I did everything I remained active most of my pregnancy, I walked, ate pine apples, yoga, danced, and many more things. Every body is different. Just talk to your Ob about it.

The issue with Castor oil is it can cause the baby to have a bowel movement while in the womb which can cause infection. nipple stimulation is supposed to work. Anything natural but your body will go when ready. Your due date is an estimate it's not always exact usually give or take 2 weeks.
