That was one of my pregnancy symptoms in the beginning. I was so fatigued and sleepy. There was a time in my first trimester where I literally fell asleep at my work desk without realizing it until I woke up 10 minutes later. Drink plenty of water and make sure that you're eating enough good and wholesome food. This will help with your energy. Also, take walks throughout the day. They help with stretching your ligaments, but also provide a gentle power boost to your day. And... obviously... get plenty of sleep at night and take a nap or two during the day if you can.
It happened to me the first trimester where ever i sat down i fell asleep i have a two year old sonit was a litte hard when i couldnt stay awake i would put him in his crib turn the tv on and i would take a quick nap my husband used to get mad at me cause all i did was sleep but it was something i couldnt control
