afraid of sleep?

Has anyone else been afraid to sleep because u feel guilty ur not spending time with family while ur sleeping? Idk this has developed after my hormones havs shifted recently anyone else experience this?

I beg my husband to play his video game when he gets home from work because I like watching him play. But further in the game, I find myself passed out. And he doesn't sleep much.

:( I feel guilty all the time. I hate it. But sleep just hits me like a rock sometimes.

Yes I sleep all the time I try not to but I cant help it
