HPT questions

I posted last week on about having 2 day spotting 7 days before AF was supposed to come thinking that it may have been IMB.  AF was supposed to come on July17 I am always regular same day of week same time and nothing came.  I took a test on Friday night and negative and then Saturday morning thinking I needed early morning urine and still negative.  Still no AF and it is now 6 days late.  I have some pregnancy symptoms sore nipples, bloated, tired, and some smells are really getting to me.  I have had two previous pregnancies and both tests were always positive right away.  Has anyone experienced this?  Could the early spotting have been AF?  SHould I test again? I am confused and anxious.

Thanks for any help.

I would try to wait a few more days & test again.  I have heard of people who have had kids already and with the first pregnancy they got a BFP & the second a BPN for a few weeks.  You may not have enough hormone in your body yet to show up on a test.  Wait a few days & retest.  G'luck

I believe it's only AF if there is actually flow.  Ive heard that some women don't get positives until a week after they miss AF.  So, I would wait a few days, and then test.  If it's still negative, maybe try to get in to see your doctor about why your cycle is messed up.

Good luck!
