When I had my phone interview I told the person over the phone that I would be late for training a few days for prenatal visits. I still received the call back and when I went in for the face to face interview I didn't mention it. I'm sure she put it in her notes. But I got the job. The only thing that makes me nervous is the training is 14-16 weeks. And I have 15 weeks left in my pregnacy. I'm hoping that I make it through the majority of training.
What God has for you is for you no one can stand in the way of that.
I have an interview also n im nt going to tell them im pregnant im 4 1/2 mnths pregnant so it really just looks like im fat
I would tell them soonish but in a subtle way. Because of health and safety. As they need to do risk assessments and things like that and if you needed extra breaks they will understand better. And in case you went into labour while working they'll be prepared :)
Haha i thought about that. Im just really honest which is why i told them when i turned in my app even tho i didn't have to by law. But i have the job now officially so they can't do anything about it. I just don't want them to feel like i tricked them or something.
I would tell them! They can't really sack you for just being pregnant or wait a week or two and act like u thought they knew, say something like 'gosh this babies kicking alot' .
