Is this true?

They told me that if you sleep to much your placenta will stick to you, and it wont come out when giving birth. And that you could die for having a little piece of placenta inside of you.

Your placenta is stuck to you, it's attached to your uterine wall. If it comes off before birth, that's placental abruption and could kill baby if not taken care of immediately. Sleeping has 0 effect whatsoever on your placenta, but having it "stuck" to you is what keeps baby alive. If not all of your afterbirth comes out, it's a problem, but they'll get it out.

She must just mean that it won't all come out during labor, which is dangerous, but they monitor you frequently to make sure it's all out.
