OMG !
Well , I posted a couple days ago that I went to the doctors and he told me I lost the baby because my hcg levels were below 5 but he refused to check with an ultrasound . WRONG . The lab mixed my blood up with someone elses . Im 8 weeks today and I got to see my beautiful baby on ultrasound yesterday . Heartbeat at 163 and growing right on track . So this is all great but I went the past 2 days sobbing thinking I had lost my child . Whats even worse ? Someone else at the hospital got MY pregnancy results ! Thats scary . If you cant trust a doctor , who can you trust ?
Wow! That's awful that they messed it up but yay im glad your baby is okay! congrats!!
Wow that's crazy! Congrats girl! It was amazing seeing my girl and the heart beat she was only 1.51cm at my 8 week ultrasound looked like a little peanut:)
Thank you guys for your support ! I wish you all the best and I've already changed doctors (: looking forward to all the morning sickness and the stretch marks because for an instant I thought it was all gone so now I'll take the worst of the worst and be grateful .
Change drs office dont risk ne mistakes hunnn a pregnancy is a serious matter .. thats my advice. N im so happy u are guna enjoy ur pregnancy sweetie ..
I had that happen yesterday! The lab sent the wrong results to my midwife. I've had 3 miscarriages so when my results came in as 2 my midwife spent the day stressing out until the lab ran it again and told her it was actually 8963! I'm almost 6 weeks and my levels have been going up well so far. Absolutely not cool to get different people mixed up!!
That's a bitter sweet moment. You have found out your baby is fine but now I wonder if the other woman was pregnant and is now miscarrying or if she was trying to get pregnant and was told she was and now they have to tell her she isn't. Man that would suck but thank goodness you have a sticky bean! I would almost look into switching docs since he wouldn't even do an ultrasound.
