daily headaches..

Before being pregnant I didn't get headaches like I am now. I would probably only get them every few weeks. Now I literally get them everyday. And they hurt so bad. Tylenol helps sometimes but I don't feel it's safe to take Tylenol every single day. Its nothing specific that triggers it either. They just come and are there for hours!!! I'm 14+3 weeks. Has anyone else had this problem?

Im 12+1 and have been having horrible head aches for 2 weeks now every day! Nothing has helped but I really don't want to take anything to try. I drink at least 7, 16OZ water bottles a day and ice water has been the only thing to help SOMEWHAT relieve my pain. I've managed to get my honey to let me sleep in a little more or simply go to bed a tad bit earlier and the extra sleep seems to help the next day with how long it lasts. I think it is either from hydration or simply being so sleepy during pregnancy.

Yes, I do and I did my previous pregnancy. I don't take pain medication at all, I just deal with it. They went away after I gave birth the first time, so I expect they will this time too.
