decreased baby movements

I'm really concerned. I am gonna be 23 weeks tomorrow, and I haven't really felt my baby girl move much in the last 3 days. I've been feeling her kick since I was 16 weeks so its kinda alarming with the decrease. I'm not sure if I should really be concerned or not. My mom had problems with her pregnancies where she had 2 still born babies not that its genetic, its just I'm scared it could happen to me. Should I be worried or is everything okay? Thanks for reading.

They can do a non stress test at the hospital to make sure baby is ok.

If it's a really noticeable decrease in movement you might wanna go to the hospital just to be sure but definitely call your dr hope baby is ok :)
