My husband had some pregnancy symptoms during the first trimester of my pregnancy. Its a syndrome known as couvade syndrome and believe it or not many males go through it during their partners pregnancy without even realising it!

My boyfriends mum had really bad back ache and felt as though she was going into labour and was craving spring rolls (which is one of my favourite things) the night before I found out I was pregnant and she was saying that she knew someone was pregnant! Also its best to take a pregnancy test on your first wee of the day if you go to the toilet through the night try and hold it a little in the morning x

My husband was the same I didn't even know I was pregnant because I had taken 4 pregnancy test 2 at home & 2 at the clinic they were all negative I honestly lost hope in getting pregnant. I found out later on until I went to the ER & they ran some blood test. But try to test in the morning for better results, good luck :)
