baby not latching
my 5week old baby has suddenly stop latchin on my breast. wen I put her to d breast she jus cries. wnt even attempt to suck it. what should I do? yes I've been both bf n bottle feeding. BT recently I've slowed dwn d use of bottle over d past too weeks. den bam she jus wnt sock. is did nrml?
Its not normal, she should be comfortable and latching on very well at this point. There could be a couple things going on but hard to tell without seeing in person. Possibly nipple confusion, or strong letdown. I would contact a lactation consultant. They have free consultants at ur local hospital and WIC also. Good luck
