Really bad cold or allergies, medicine?
My head is throbbing, my throat is itchy, my body is sore, I have a sore runny nose, and I just want to be able to take care of my son and get some sleep tonight. What can I take? I've eating peppermint all day, drinking hot tea. But nothing helps fir long. Is benadryl ok?
I know it stinks but you can also use Vicks vapor rub for the soreness and to loosen up your chest!
