baby shower check list

My bfs mother was going to thro me a baby shower but im not sure she is going to. Well I wanna do my own well thinking about it of cousre my bf will help but what do I need or what do I buy lol im ftm and I been to many before just NOW I may have to plan my own and dont know where to start

Oh and a great thing to do is a diaper raffle! Write on the invitations "bring a box of diapers to be entered into a special raffle" and at the end of the party do the raffle and whoever's name/number is chosen wins a gift card. I had enough diapers for about 4 months with my first because of that game.

I have a list for mine so I'll give you mine to help it's kind of long though haha.

Then I have a list of all the food I want to serve
finger foods like cupcakes, pigs in a blanket, a fruit carriage bowl and then a main dish type food we're having tacos

Then I have a list of all the games we will be playing(I have 7) and all the things I need for the games

Then I have a list of all the prizes I will have(1 of my games doesn't have a prize it's more of an activity). For prizes I'm doing a 25$ gift card for the diaper raffle then the other 5 I'm making candy bouquets which are super cheap and easy. I'm making them in cute mugs and everything I'll get from the dollar store so all my prizes together should only cost me max 45-50$ including the gift card.

Pretty much the normal party throwing stuff. They have a baby shower section at most party supply stores. I believe they may have on at wal mart too
