baby shower theme

Any advice....? I didn't plan to have one but being a ftm my  family has been pushing me towards it....any help or advice on a theme...games....or anything? Lol

Oh ya my sister handed out little diapers to everyone to write words of encouragement funny our serious on the back for those nights that there are multiple diaper changes.  That was pretty funny.

I haven't had a baby shower but for my sisters baby shower we played guess what chocolate bar is in the diaper. We melted the chocolate bars and then spread it on a diaper it was funny we put the names of the chocolates in a paper and gave it to them. it was fun even tho some ladies thought it was really poop.

Ohh and I forgot the best one. We had a diaper raffle which was great! On the invitations we put a poem that I found online telling everyone to bring a pack of diapers to enter you in a raffle for a prize. It will help you tons!

I just had mine on Saturday. I didn't have a theme I just wanted all shades of pink. I figured it would be easier to buy things and you can add anything cute. I also went on pinterest for decoration ideas and everything came out great! For the games we did how big is mommys tummy... Everyone guessed how big my belly was with toilet paper and then measured me... But I would not suggest toilet paper again because I think everyone cheated and I ran out of prizes lol. Then we also did the dirty diaper game... We put different baby food in diapers and people had to guess what it was by smelling only. And we also did baby scrabble that we made at home and printed... My sisters did my shower but didnt do a theme at all. They did hang a little clothesline of clothes that was pretty cute to decorate with. For games they did bingo where everyone is given a blank bingo like card (they just made a 5X5 grid on a piece of paper and then the guests fill in what they think you will get and as you open your gifts they cross it off and you can do as many gifts on that as you want. I think they did first bingo was all though. Also they did a trivia game where it was multiple choice and whoever got the most answers right got a prize.
