I mean you can use many baby dolls as long as you have the same amount of cloth and diapers

Get 3 baby dolls and people have to dress them like if its a real baby.like To put the powder first then the diaper then the cloth. Whoever dress the baby doll first wins.

You can use a few diapers and put different chocolate in each to represent "poop" & have each player smell it without looking . Have them rotate the diapers and who ever guesses more right wins

Get a roll of toilet paper and have everyone playing get the amount of little squares they thing it takes to wrap around your belly. And the person closest wins.

There's one also that is an outside game where u have people carry water balloons between their legs and when they get to the finish line they gotta try to break them with their legs. Buy good balloons it makes it way more fun.

Have three people battle to see who can drink 4oz of soda out of a bottle through a nipple of course the fastest. Its harder then ya think

Put cotton balls in a bowl and have people put Vaseline on their nose and they have to bend down on their knees and put their face in the bowl and see who can get more cotton balls stuck to their nose. Can't use hands

Put pudding on two baby dOlls and put a diaper on them and see who can get the dolls cleaned that fastest

Give everyone a clothes pin when they get there, explain that they aren't allowed to say the word baby AT ALL.
If another person hears someone say "baby" they can take that persons pin.
Person with the most pins at the end wins.
It can get very intense, lol it did at my baby shower.
You could also paint the pins the color to match your theme.

Or fill a container with candy you counted out (we used skittles) and have people guess how many are in there.
Person who guesses right or closest wins the jar :)

You can always go on pintrest and find some ideas.
There's a few more we played but I don't want to overwhelm you lol

Have them hold a paper plate to their head and make them draw a baby face and who's ever comes out better wins

The one i love, is get a plate with rice, and safety pins, and mix them up, and cover the girls eyes, and give her a spoon and an empty plate to put the rice and pins in, but she has to be blind and the empty plate above her head, and she only gets 3 scoops. and the one with the most pins wins.
