Room temperature sprite or 7 up, Starlight mints(just in case you don't know, the red and white circle mints.) One bad thing with the mints is that they leave a bad taste in ur mouth, but they do temporarily help with nausea. Keeping your teeth brushed,tums (make sure you don't take more than 4 a day, it'll make you constipated.), saltine crackers. Also, if you talk to your OB he or she may be able to give you zofran, which works wonders! lol Pickles may help, they also may make it worse but it's worth a try. Make sure ur stomach is never empty. Minty gum helps too. :) I hope this helps and sorry it's so long! If this is your first trimester, it gets better in the second trimester!! Im in pg #2 and I found that cold cold water or 7up/sprite/ginger ale helps, crackers, or apples. I totally understand how your feeling.
Eat crackers drink something. Just always have a little something in ur stomach
