Someone please.  I'm 7 weeks and cramping.  Not bleeding. Should I be worried? Is it normal to have lower abdominal pain all the time?

Totally normal as long as your not bleeding. I cramped really bad for about the first 8 or9 weeks. Im now 37 weeks with a healthy baby girl. Put your feet up or lay down and drinks plenty of water.
