what to eat!
Tomorrow I am going to do my three hour blood sugar test and I am so hungry!!!! I'm not suppose to eat sugar, what can I eat thats good? I feel so upset I have nothing to eat, I can't just eat fruit all day, I need food! And snacks!!! What did or do you girls eat for those who have gestational diabetes??
My Dr told me to eat eggs before the one hour test and I've passed every time. I would stay away from fruits and carbs.
i ate a sandwich the night before but i wasnt allowed to eat after midnight the day of my three hour test
