I was admitted with reduced foetal movement and got tested and everything was okay, thankfully.   What the midwife said to me was as long as you feel 10 movements within a 24 hour time period, then you should be ok.   Even if you get three kicks in a row, that counts as three movements.    If you don't notice anything, have something cold and sweet to drink (ie orange juice) and lie on your left hand side for about an hour with no distractions.    THe plan is that (1) the sugar will stimulate baby enough for it to start moving and (2) you should feel it try to squirm away from where the cold drink is passing down into your tummy and bladder :)      Good luck x

I'm 24 weeks as of Thursday and my bub has lazy days, and ill wake up in the middle of the night and bub is rocking around in there hahah it's nothing to worry about as long as you feel them probably at least a couple times a day.. If you are at all concerned or don't feel bub in a 24 hour period don't be afraid to go to your hospital or doctor even if nothing is wrong it's better to be safe :)
