Drink lots of water start taking prenatals eat healthy make sure ur getting good exercise atleast 3 times a week a 30 min walk everyday will do. any cramping is normal as long as ur not bleeding to with it and just regular spotting in early pregnancy is normal and i would just advise u to stay away from google it scares to many ftms when half of the stuff isnt true. if ever have a question dont be afraid to ask it u will get really good help from alot of mommies on here as long as u need and there are some to stay away from because they can be judgemental and rude. As far as pains u can use tylonol heating pad on low and no hot baths to where ur having to ease in thats to hot and can raise ur bp and for heart burn u can use tums and zantac which takes 30min to start working to its better to take first thing in morn to prevent from getting heartburn. nausea find food that dont give it to ya and use lemon to calm it down like suck on some lemon heads. other than that ull be fine
Since this is your 1st look into programs that may be available near you with parenting classes and such. Trust me no matter how many you may have taken before taking one
While pregnant is helpful and you'd be able to meet up with other first timers near you. Like in Oklahoma they have the Eden clinic and family expectations i met my best friend there and our husband's got along awell her son was born just a few months before mine
