I'm almost 38 weeks and I'm still having baths but they're Luke warm now cause its so hot out lol

Yes, you can as long as It's not too hot, like boiling hot. As long as the water temperature doesn't reach 100 degrees F and you feel comfortable and not dizzy, fatigue, etc., you'll be fine. =-]
You can take a warm bath but nothing too warm our temperatures are already raised because of baby just maybe take a cold water in with you and have cool air flowing through the bathroom in caseyou heat up congrats ! :)
