Okay i am on cycle day 16 and have not ovulated yet that i know of.  I started charting on cd 6...yesterday i had lots of white creamy slightly stretchy cm followed by a huge temp. dip...does that mean i can expect to have egg white cm and ovulation soon?  I also am having some sinus issues could that have caused the dip? Or is this mostlikely the dip that i have read about that happens right before ovulation?....my last cycle was 35 days and usually average every 36-37 days.

No not nesassary you may have a slow rise that is common..if your temp goes up above your coverline tomorrow ,thats a great sign t could take up to 3 days.progesterone on your temps,well they can look low,if your temp stays above coverline after o but low near it,may have low progesterone,i went to my local health shop,you can buy progesterone cream,use it 4 days after you ovulate.i reckon you going to o but dont fret about it it will delay it...but get busy hun,,,the time is right..any time you have a low temp,get jiggy...if you still worried wait till 7 days after o and get a progesterone test,7 days after,and again 21 days,wishing you luck...( if you today tomorrow and temp goes up. ff will draw  a coverline..a

yes!!! lol...I really hope it goes back up tomorrow ...i am worried I might not ovulate at all.  If it doesn't go back up tomorrow does that mean it wasn't ovulation?  I have read so much about this stuff but it still isn't crystal clear in my mind.  Also what effect would you think having low progstrone will put on the temps after ovulation?  2 cycles ago i had low progestrone and they said that is what mostlikely caused the mc.  Then they took it midcycle last cycle and said it was fine.

Mate i would consider today being possible ovulation the dip is a good sign especially if it goes back up tomorrow,time to get busy....
