I am 17 weeks today, is it safe if I go to the beach?
I went at 33 weeks with my son :) just remember to stay hydrated and wear sunscreen and if you start feeling too hot go somewhere to cool off
Wear sunscreen. Your skin is more sensitive now. Drink lots of water. You can easily become dehydrated. Bring a healthy snack to keep your blood sugar up.
