They don't want you to eat or drink anything after 12pm the night before. They have you drink this orange drink some places have different flavors but it don't taste back and they draw your blood an hour later and that's it then you can eat and drink whatever afterwards lol

This is going to sound silly but what do they do for a glucose test? I got a form to have one done by my doctor but didn't explain not to eat or drink or anything just before or hours before. I don't want to cause myself to fail by doing something wrong.
