Whats the best vreast pump to use that works good ? :)
Medela or avent, I was told by a lactation specialist that everything else is garbage.

You should check to see if your health insurance covers one before u go out and purchase one :) I have kaiser and my plan covers it fully! Manual and electric standard.
I would also suggest you use Palmolive Baby Dishwashing liquid. It removes Milk residue better than any thing on the market. Plus its Hypoallergenic and the only dish washing soap made for Babies.
Avent breast pump is my pump of choice. I prefer manually doing it and it always gets the most milk out.
