Prenatal Yoga! Omg. My class has helped sooooooo much with my sciatica. AND walking. Get a good pair of tennis shoes (pref a new pair with cushion & support) and go walking. It hurts like a b at first but the more you do it the more it elongates the spine causing less discomfort. I've tried ice packs/heating pads, expensive massages that were a waste of money and yoga and walking have been the only things that help. Join a class now bc you won't be able to start a class at the end of your second trimester. It'll be too late.
Mine Is So Painful I Can't Walk For Like Ten Minutes After Ive Been Laying Down And Laying On My Side Hurts!! Stretching Is The Only Thing That Helps ):
Yep i have it rlly bad. My midwife took me out of work for it cause my leg was swollen by the end of the day. Try getting on ur hands and knees to get ur baby off of the nerve in ur back....my midwife told me to and it actually worked. They also have like belly support things that kinda hold ur belly up....
